I am writing to request your assistance in resolving a recent issue with my Grand account. I was recently banned from the game for violating general rules 1.1 and 1.4, however, I am unsure why this occurred. I have only ever played on my personal laptop, and always on my social club account.
I am deeply concerned about this situation as I am a committed player and have always followed the rules. I have invested a lot of time and effort into building up my account and I would hate to see all of that effort go to waste. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and help me to understand why I was banned.
