Approved Moving car from GZ and Stealing it / 58247, 37969

This guys moved my veichle away from GZ and then stole it. This is not the first time they do this, they are very toxic players that are always getting warnings from this but it doesnt matter for them because they own an unnoficial org so they can still steal cars with warnings. I want my money back and also I want justice in this server as this is the third time they move our veichles from GZ and they already did this for other cars multiple times.
As you can see in the first clip I leave the car in GZ

And when I come back I caught them moving it away

I’ve checked and 58247 is actually the owner of an unofficial organisation which means he should know the server rules and know he can’t do this. Also this is abusing his permitions on the server as giving him a warning as a punishment from stealing cars won’t do anything because he makes a lot of money from this and as he don’t need to be in a gang he can have warning and still make money from abusing the server script and stealing cars as a unofficial organisation owner.
If you want to check on his history he has multiple reports of stealing cars in GZ and this is absolutely not the first time he does this and know I caught him moving my car to steal it. You can check in the logs that he steals my car right in front of the electrician job GZ after moving it forward. Unfortunately they were able to steal it and they are making huge profit with this.
I love the project and I always support it by playing on it having fun with my friends and neighbours but this type of guys makes me sad because they are ruining the project by doing this. I work hard to keep my cars and share my cars with my family and this is what I get. A guy comes and breaks the rules (exploiting the server stealing cars script) and gets money for it.
Just remembering that what this guy is doing is an exploit as he his abusing a weakness of the system for his advantage in the game. This should not only be punished by violating the first GZ RULE but also for violating Gen Rule 6.23 as they are abusing a server weakness for their own gain and purpose.
