Hello, I got banned for 30 days today because I didn't have a POV from yesterday's baseraid. The problem was simply that I had a game crash just before I arrived at the base, and then I thought to myself, ok, it's faster if I join directly in the base... said done... the crash ended Geforce shadowplay, however Recording because Geforce needs different permissions here to record the desktop. When I was at the base the raid was almost started so I quickly put on my uniform and grabbed my gun and rushed off in the hurry I just forgot my recording again to start...I will give Geforce permission to record my desktop in the future so I don't have such problems anymore. Would it be possible to convert my ban into a warning?

rules says - no POV - BAN
also if u have been used correctly POV recording soft which records WHOLE monitor activity (what should be according to rules) then crashing of game would not stop recording process
