Above situations, I was not jailed, neither was another person. Entering an ensuing gunfight confuses everyone as to who is involved in the gunfight and who is not. And considering this guy is vested, it clearly means he intends to fight.

Similar situations, gunfight is going on and demands were given. People are fighting, and 26271 kept going near the containers. That's an RP situation already going on. Which means it makes sense for me to shoot.
