This keeps happening where there is no doctor at sh half the time when the player count it still very high. Something needs to be done whenever I was ems leader and a lobby was empty like this at this count I would get told to cover it or I would have gotten punished.

upon Reviewing the Evidence I decided to do the Next !!
1. will Talk with the Leader about the situation
2. will try to fix the current bug (Healing Bug) with Higher Admins !!
3. in case of More inactive lobby leader of EMS will be punished!!
About you being a Leader and the Time when u were a Leader it's Different. we Always make sure everything works the best way
