2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation) 1st reason I want to be leader of the families gang is to better the rp for the Leo’s by doing more hostage situation and store robberies with good rp behind it I feel as most gangs don’t do enough store robberies or enough hostage situations with good rp they always go ooc in a ic situation.
2nd reason I want to be leader of families gang is because I was ex Ballas leader and I almost completed 1 term and i feel from my first leadership I have made a lot more friends in the crime side and if given the chance to prove myself once again you wouldn’t regret it from my last leadership term I’m continually got more experienced I’m currently undersheriff in SAHP and I feel as I would make families the best gang ever seen with all the people that want me to apply for another gang.
3rd reason I want to be leader of families is I was also deputy in vagos and deputy leader in families I also feel like if I was given a chance again I could also make sure to have the best graffiti team and also do fz daily also attend every cland and battleship and also making sure that we don’t have people who don’t know the rules and making sure only having people that know the rules. 3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving roleplay is to do more store robberies fz battleships hostage situation all icly vs ooc another piece of advice I have is to make sure every RP situation is done good and no rule breaks happen in RP situations.
