LIFE STORY: Born the youngest of 5 kids Kevin was always pampered and kept out of harms way. His parents kept himin sports or activities where he excelled at football & baseball bringing home trophies and eventually being scouted in basebnall by several pro teams. His dream play 2nd base for the oakland Athletics his favorite home team. That was cut short by a freak accident in which during a steal attempt the opposing player jumped and landed full cleats on Kevins wrist tearing and slicing many ligaments in is wrist. His playing days was over.
EARLY LIFE CONT: No more an athlete Kevin grew bored and quickly turned to the streets for amusement. Thee he linked up with his homeboy Tre and began selling dope eventualy becoming a multi million dollar operaton within 2 years. But Tre making bad decisions got them into trouble with rival gangs and it cost Kevin his family beingn murdered one night, only him surviving and his brother King who was away at college.
No more ties tom Oakland kevin grabbed all his money hoped a flight to Los Santos to start a new life and find his brother who he hasnt spoken to in almost 5 years. But Los Santos was different and lkevin foundn himself doing petty crimes until he met a guy who worked at NG who taught him to kill efficently and properly. after 1 term in NG kevin switched over to GOV and served 3 terms as a secret service agent. Protecting Governers Masta killa & current Governer Judy Cushman. he excelled at Gov but he couldnt clean up the streets of Los Santos there so when a friend offered him a job at LSPD he jumped at the chance. Problem is will Kevin clean up the streets or add more chaos and death among them.
OUTCOME:
1. Can use the weapons and items he finds on criminals
2. Can use drugs on/off duty
3. Can kill 10-15's on/off duty for not listening
4. Can receive bribes up to 100k
5. Can arrest people without legal reason
6. Can sell the items found on 10-15's in the black market
7. Can plant evidence on people
8. Always has a body cam rolling in his glasses
9. Can destroy anyone's bodycam by breaking it ( /try Command
