LEADER OF MARABUNTA GRANDE
WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEADER
I have enjoyed the Illegal RP since my days in city. I have lived and died in gangs. Here are my reasons why I think I wanna lead one of the most dominanting gang in the city:
1. The main reason to why I want to be leader of this Organization is because I want to run a organized, fun but most importantly an active organization. I want to provide my great leadership skills, and provide motivation and passion to becoming a great leader but most definitely a great organization. I want to become the leader of the Marabunta Grande so that I can give the gang a new shine, and I want the gang to grow in size and, above all, in strength and I want something to change in the ghetto except for the constant change of leaders.
2. Organizations should make everyone feel welcome and close, so that they can work better.
A leader should be someone who is commited to help their members out and push them to be the best. I have been higher ups and deputy in many gang. Hence, the people of ghetto knows me. The most loyal members of the Marabunta gang would follow me, as me and my boys have dominated almost every gang event
3.I would create events that have never been done before , here I'm talking about Global events. I want to create something new , creative which would be fun for both legal and illegal sides. We have some events but it seems to be one sided in some situation so to remove it I will implement several events for Legal/ Illegal/Civilians . Such like assassination of Governor , attack on gov rally , assassination of Chief of Police these were some names of events I would do If I succeed in getting leadership.
MY ADVISES FOR IMPROVING RP
-Create & Organize the organization
-Make the organization as terrorist organization
-Create fun RP situation
-Create massive global events for the players
-Successfully doing first term without any warns
- I will be implementing more strict interview process with situations as i see most of the gangs disband because not having proper knowledge of rp and new members do most of the mistakes
- I will be making logs in the Marabunta email (discord) also so we could keep an eye on each and every member so if we see they r capable they will get promoted
-I have so much good shooters which will help in cland/robberies/gang fights.
-Those who will be loyal to the gang will get easiest promotion ever and for that.
-If I become leader so my main focus will be on taking hostages
-I will stop the spreading of toxicity and misuse of HC powers .
-I will do 100% turf
-I will do 100% sprays
-I will try to do store robbery every day
-Finally I will make marabunta on top.
So for now I want that I'm ending this forum and I think that It will make a good impression on the curators I will be happy to hear something from u guys
