   1. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
   
   hello, I'm filling out this application to be the street gang's leader, Families. I will be one of the best leaders from my plants because, I hope. I have previously served as a deputy for the Ballas and an under deputy for the Vagos, and I currently hold the position of rank 12 in Marabunta. I am familiar with all of the roles I need to play as a leader.
   
   2.Your advices for improving Roleplay level in organization : for me personally i know all the rules of the server and more... I am going to have very hard rules for the gang like :
   
   A) Anyone under the age of 16 who enters the city will be subjected to a series of questions (15–20 in total) about the gang's rules, server rules, ghetto rules, turf rules, event rules, and more. If he answers more than four questions correctly, he will be disqualified from joining, and he must return after one real day to answer additional questions for me to ensure that he has understood the rules.
   
   B) Anyone over the age of 16 in the city will be subjected to a series of (5–15) questions about the gang's rules, server rules, ghetto rules, turf rules, event rules, and more. If he answers more than two questions incorrectly, he will not be allowed to join, and he must return after one real day to answer additional questions to ensure that he has understood the rules.
   
   C) And anyone who breaks any rules will receive a half-warning, and if they are not broken within a week, the warning will be taken away. However, if they receive a second warning, they will be banned from the gang for 30 days and will not be allowed to participate in any gang activities.
   
   D) Each person must pull up to the event and log in to it. Proof will receive a bonus from me directly so that I can attract additional gang members to events.
   
   E)Whoever fails to arrive at events for a period of two days will receive a warning, and if he does it again the following day, he will be expelled for failing to arrive at events.
