2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I have been a high command in different LEO organizations such as fib,gov,sahp and extra from en3 black commando and 00 in fib and i want to try my luck on becoming leader of sahp
i will make sure that there is no one gona do favorsm in my term and i will make sure that sahp will make a good activity and i will try my best for events i will make sure that we attend on every such as subs vehichle transport acc
I have certain plans for SAHP, I plan to make sahp is not a boring or any more and make sure there is good activity and make sure to promote people who deserves it and do an activity check on every week per 1 day
High Command positions will be given only to the ones who actually know how the org runs and who can manage the org in different situations rather than giving to ones who just want to show off and abuse their High Command Powers.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1. Communication
Active Use of Radio ALL THE TIME so that Important Information can be transmitted through Radio. This will benefit the org during store robberies and global situations. Communication is an important factor during events as its a key towards success. This will not only benefit the org in situations but also help the org increase coordination among the employees.
2. Inter organization relationship
For a Legal org, to run perfectly it needs to have a good relationship with other organizations. I will make sure that the org is having a good relationship with all the Legal orgs so we can help them, when they need help and in return they will help us which will help improve the RP Elements with them.
3. Making sure every single officer has knowledge of the state legislation.
4. I will add more OOC Questions in SAHP Joining Application to avoid mistakes which lead to Organization Warns.
