I am applying for the leader of San Andreas Highway Patrol.

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

• PASSION:
Keep it simple, I have a undying passion for LEO organizations. The bonds that people build while they try to protect the city, is inspiring. And it is one of the main reasons that I prefer being part of an LEO.

• TEAM-WORK: The team work and co-operation between officers in every LEO is unreal. The work that they put it is amazing and it just helps to put it to perspective that how hard these LEO work for the city and to keep the city safe and clean. Not only does it help build friendships but also improve the level of protection in the city. And as a leader, I want to increase that hard work and team bonding.

• MOTIVE: The motive behind being an LEO is simple, just protecting the city. It is the main purpose of an LEO. I want to emphasize on that motive and help bring actual meaning to it. Many officers sometimes forget this purpose and rather go down un-wanted routes, and I want to avoid that as a leader and really bring some life and purpose to the organization.

3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.

I really have a LOT of plans for improving the roleplay in the organization, which is explained in some detail below.

• Increasing the usage of RP commands: I cannot stretch this enough, people have forgotten the use of RP commands. Most officers nowadays barely use any commands. Officers WILL be informed on the proper and professional usage of RP commands which helps make the roleplay interaction feel more realistic and give it life.

• Professionalism: One of the most important things when it comes to being an LEO is maintaining a level of professionalism. If I get my shot at leader, one thing that I want my HIGH COMMANDS and all OFFICERS to know, is to maintain a level of professionalism whenever they are on duty. Sure! We can have some fun talks from time-to-time but, professionalism should be maintained when needed.

• Removing Favoritism: The main goal of my leadership would be to remove favoritism. Some officers put hours of quality work into the organization but they do not get the recognition they deserve. People who were HCs months ago, just come in and take ranks. I want my HC ranks to have a level of exclusivity which would add actual meaning to the ranks.

• Proper Departments: I am going to ENSURE that my departments are doing their jobs correctly and as they need to. Appointing the correct people to the correct positions is vital for the proper functioning of the org.

• Inter-Organizational Relations: I plan to establish good relations with other LEO organizations and hosting events like Drills for our officers, events together and etc. Also sharing vital information of corrupt people which would help strengthen both our IA departments.

4. DEPARTMENTS:
I plan to have the following departments in SAHP.

- Internal Affairs (Ensures there is no corruption and conducting inspections).
- Human Resources & Training (Hosting interviews and trainings, informing officers on all rules and regulations etc).
- SRT (Special Response Team is basically the elite officers of SAHP, which will be highly trained in regards to shooting, driving and etc).
- Under Cover (Having officers going in disguise and collecting evidences against gangs and criminal families).
- PR (Public Relations will be in charge of hosting events for the citizens).
- Towers (Will consist of a small but consist team of officers who will take tow trucks and tow illegally parked cars).
- Highway Patrol (HWP will be the ones issuing high speed and air certificates, also pushing officers to go patrol).



As I have mentioned earlier, I have MANY plans for the organization and my deputies will also be highly experienced people.
