2.Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be a leader of sahp because i can make a good and a safe environment. And make the officer do their best. I will respect all my high commanders.
I will not behave rudely to anyone I will respect the higher officials. I will also trained my juniors to do outstanding work.
I will improve sahp by making trainings better and better. I will give my 100% to make sahp a better. I will do my job efficiently.
I want to help people who are lower in money I give some money and I will respect them. I will make my sahp on top!!!
The team work and co-operation between officers in every LEO is unreal. So better team work better work.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
- Rp Commands
Officers now a days don't use the rp commands so I will try to rectify it. If they cannot do i will trained them for rp commands so he will do better.
-High patrol
Now a days all officers are not going to highway Patrol so i will tell them to go on a highway Patrol. If they will not go people will do reckless driving and it might caused sevior accidents.
-Proper Department
Now a days many people are not doing proper rules and regulations. I will make them know proper rules and regulations of sahp. I am seeing they are doing better but I will put my efforts make them work better and doing proper rules and regulations.
-Not following rules and regulations.
Some peoples are disobeying the rules by making their friends join the sahp by not taking the interview. I will take their proper interview and then only I will make them join.
