2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I want to be the leader of this organization because I believe that I can take this organization to its full potential. I have been a part of this organization for a long time now, I have seen its ups and I have seen its downs, I have worked hundred of ours in it and I have a great attachment to it. I am one of the most experienced SAHP members, I have been a part of this organization since the term of the 5th Sheriff Paul Roberts and since then I have worked a lot as a Law Enforcement Officer as Ex High Command of LSPD, I also have a lot of experience in FIB and I am ex USSS as well so I have the experience in all Major LEO organizations in the city, I have seen the inner workings of different organizations, how they work and operate and I believe I can bring the good things at one place.
Another major reason I want to be a part of this organization is to fix it. In my career is a Law Enforcement Officers I have faced much favouritism and even OOC racism leading to bad and unfair treatment, I want to make sure that these kinds of things do not happens in SAHP anymore, I have faced corruption and even backlashes when I tried to suppress it from inside and I want SAHP to be free of hate, corruption, favouritism and anything like these things.
I want to create an environment which won't feel like a rat race for promotions. I want my officers to feel like SAHP is home and they should be free to voice their concerns and issues in an organized manner. I want every officer's work to be recongnized and making sure they are not being promoted just because the High Command "likes" them. I want SAHP to work efficiently and in a class of its own, closely working with other Law Enforcement Organizations and creating memorable moments for all. I will also be restructuring the organizations which will include better trainings and better ranking system to make sure everyone is at the rank they deserve. I want to make SAHP a home for everyone just like its already mine.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Well the first step to improve the RP level is to train them properly. I will create a training structure which will make first timers go through as many scenarios regarding rolepay as possible so make sure everyone's roleplay experience is grand and its not spoiled. I believe the training department is the backbone of any organization so if we train the recruits well they will perform well both icly and as well as a RP perspective.
Another thing I will be making sure that all the things related to server rules are being strict attention and being dealt with great caution and compliance with the administrators and curators.
Will also be encouraging our officers to be vocal during scenarios to add to RolePlay and make it enjoyable for all, I will also be taking steps to prevent toxicity between different organizations to avoid OOC conflicts with both legal and illegal organizations.
SAHP is my home and I will give it my all to make it better than ever.
