2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
I have enough experience in all organizations of this city but as a LEO. I started my career in SAHP as a probie then i showed my work and time by time i get promotions when that term is over i left SAHP as a Deputy of Swat. Then i joined LSPD and i work as a COS of HR and after sometime i promoted to HOD OF IA. When luna term is over i go to FIB as a SSA 2 and i showed up in HR and IA so i got promoted to Supervisor of HR and when Hov cartier term is getting ended i am Deputy OF IA.
I also worked in GOV as a senior state attorney and i am also handling the director of homeland security In Ryan Slater terms. When fedrico Hill is the cheif of police i am his deputy leader.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization:
I will make a several changes in SAHP like i will make sure that my units getting bonuses on daily bases for what they did in the organization. I will request you to give us a access of PDA while we are not in uniform like FIB for my undercover department. I will request you to put more uniforms in SAHP because RN AS A Deputy OF IA i am getting a too much complains from my units that they dont have a good uniforms to wear like LSPD and FIB. I will make my PR department very strong so that they will make a good conversation with citizens and also they will do a publicity events for good image of SAHP. i will make a Good Human resources team and give them a order to do a open recruitments every day two time. I will make a good SRT team to respond to any global or local for information of the situation and guide their team how to take position on location. I will decide my Internal affair team by myself for better decisions on case if i am not available for any call. I try my best to do a OOC globals in the collaboration with other organizations.
