Life Story: Luke Verlice has always been a trusted Individual by all the people in his town, As a child his father was part of the National Army which means Luke was hard trained every night and day and was taught the skills of Climbing, Dodging and driving on and off road in crucial moments. At the teenage ages Luke started feeling slightly tempted too smuggle the drugs his dad was confiscating in the base and on the 25th of August 2009, Luke was found smuggling illegal items from the national armys warehouse and He was arrested on Suspicion of Mass stealing Prohibited items from a Secured facility. This is where Luke spent 12 years in Prison, which allowed him to meet criminals and learn enough knowledge to help him when he got out. when he was released flew straight out to a country Called San Andreas. Here he met a new family Called Sinaloa, From their he joined orgs and gained HC and trust and even Leaded 3 terms as a leader but now hes using this too an advantage as a HC in FIB as he can now Be Illegal and corrupt and make money
