Life Story: Lilly had it rough growing up only had her mother to support her no dad or family there for her and she always wanted to make a name for herself so she went to the FIB and that changed her life knowing she can do a lot more than be friendly to people as an FIB agent so she sat down to talk to the Director of FIB and she was told its a possibility if she worked hard enough for him, so she went out on the streets and started to bust every criminal she seen and giving fines left and right to prove shes ready for being corrupt.

2. Lilly can sell, use and keep illegal weapons that he got/picked from criminals or his friends (No FIB weapons)
