2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
--> I have lots of experience in both legal and illegal orgs. I had been appointed as High Command in various gang terms since the starting of the server. Recently I was appointed as Deputy in Families.
--> I had seen that these days, the gangs are majorly inactive. Under my leadership, I will encourage all my members to do gang activities like Store robberies, FZ raids and Clandestine shops on a daily basis.
--> To make sure that the gang functions properly and there are no rule breaks, I will personally ensure that everyone who wishes to be recruited to the gang will be interviewed properly.
--> In my opinion, the Ballas HQ is deep-seated in the heart of the ghetto, due to which it is the most active area in the ghetto.
3. Your advice for improving Role Play level in the organization.
--> Since I believe that every member of my gang is significant, I will consider their suggestions in a variety of circumstances so that they all feel included in the group.
--> As more incentives are being given by state organisations, I will also give rewards for attending each event, such as 15 per parachute in Clands, 10k for attending battleship, 40k for top shooter in Clands, and many more.
