Born and raised in Sandy Shores, Maxx Mandem grew up in a tight-knit community where everyone knew each other. As the only child of a single mother, Maxx spent most of his childhood exploring the vast desert landscape surrounding the town with his friends.
Growing up, Maxx was known for his mischievous behavior and love for adventure, often getting into trouble for exploring abandoned buildings and climbing dangerous structures. However, despite his wild tendencies, Maxx was well-liked by the community and known for his kind heart and willingness to help others.
After graduating from high school, Maxx enrolled in the local police academy to pursue his dream of becoming a police officer and serving his hometown. Maxx Mandem was a highly skilled and dedicated agent at the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB), and he had a reputation for getting the job done. However, he had a gambling addiction that was slowly unraveling his life. He had lost a lot of money at the casinos in Las Venturas and was in desperate need of cash to cover his debts.
One day, Maxx received a call from an old acquaintance who offered him a deal: in exchange for some inside information from the FIB, he would receive a large sum of money.
Maxx was hesitant at first, but his addiction got the better of him. He agreed to the deal and started feeding the acquaintance information about FIB operations. The acquaintance used this information to avoid being caught by the authorities and made a lot of money in the process. Maxx, in turn, received a large sum of cash as his share.
As time went on, Maxx became more and more involved in his acquaintance's illegal activities. He turned a blind eye to his crimes and even participated in them himself. Maxx knew he was doing something wrong, but he was so desperate for money that he couldn't stop himself.
Outcomes:
1. Maxx can use illegal firearms both on and off duty, whether acquired through personal purchase or looting/robbing from his victims.
2. Maxx has the ability to receive bribes of up to $100,000, but he will not accept payment to become a hostage.
3. Maxx may attempt to break his or his victims' body cameras (by using the /try command, with only 2 tries).
4. Maxx can refuse to show his ID.
5. Maxx is able to purchase/sell weapons on the black market (but cannot trade anything from Org).
