1. Why do you want to become an admin?
I want to become state admin because that’s where I have the most experience. Before, I was in EMS where the highest rank I achieved was Senior Medical Professor. Couple Months Later, I wanted to try something new and started working at Life Invader where I ranked up to be Head Of News Department currently. I have been going to valuable containers every hour where I learned all of the rules and know all of them in the back of my head such as VDM, RDM, NLR, Fail RP etc. I have been going to IC events such as Bank Robbery, Bizwar, Informals, Weapons, Turfs etc. So I know all of the event rules also. Also, I have taught people how to rob and all the rules as well myself to do it properly as family unofficial organization. I could do the same while being an admin teach all of this stuff to newcomers to welcome their stay in Grand RP as its one of the biggest projects on Rage MP. I have been approved for admin before but unluckily fell short by couple of questions. I have went over all of the rules and asked questions to current admins who were generous enough to help me with them. I feel like I am ready for another try at becoming an admin and will for sure get it this time. Thanks for taking your time to read this.
2. What are your strengths?
1. One of my strengths are being able to speak 3 languages, 2 of them fluently and one little bit. Languages: French {Little Bit), Hindi and English.
2. I have excellent team work skills which I learned from through out school working in groups. I can work with anyone It doesn't matter if I know them or not. Also my communication skills are excellent as well since they are used with team work as well.
3. I take constructive criticism very well since I have it from the beginning. Also, I personally think that It makes you a better person overall and helps you work on your flaws.
4. I am always looking for new adventures to try and explore while having fun doing like this one becoming an admin. (All of these strengths will benefit the admin team)
5. I am not biased person and always willing to hear both sides of the situation before making a decision on it.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
1. Trust - If someone breaks my faith/trust in them. I will either never ever gonna trust them again. Or it will take me really long time with them to know I can trust them again and they won't break it again.
2. Time - Sometimes I lose track of time trying to complete the task perfect when I have other ones pending to complete. I am always aware of this and improving the chances of this not happening by knowing the time.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin? Indeed I will be ready to leave RP life.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin).- Yes (Don't Own One)
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment? - None. Soon I will be the most active as I have ever been because of the school ending.
