NATIONAL GUARD
Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
First of all I would like to start of by mentioning that the server has not seen a successful NG term and I know why...Due to leaders lacking knowledge in what a NATIONAL GUARD is and what they are meant to do. The leaders of this org failed to attract members from the server and those whom have joined have left within couple of days. Due to how boring the org becomes during raid hours and non raid hours.
(PASSION)
As someone who grew up playing all the veteran call of duty games from psp call of duty road to victory to the current Modern Warfare. I have a strong passion into military ideology and methods. I have spent a lot of time in EN1 NG and have experience the successful terms and the worst ones. Having these experiences allows me to understand and be precarious of what is to happen. I may not have the leadership experience in the server but i believe this is no reason for me not to try and stand up and volunteer and lead a org to its glory.

I know for a fact that i can implement many of the key fun ideas i have acquired through many other Army based games into NG and make it a fun org to be at. I am someone who tries to understand people and figure out a mutual solution. I have a good connection in the server with people who know me as Tyrik Mods which will play on my advantages. I have created many good relationships in the server and hope to do so with other org leaders. I dont just want to be the leader of NG but a good role model for the Server to bring better RP from everyone.

I hate the idea of NG being the worst org due to the fact that many leaders of whom who were successful but lacked creativity in the org to make the org more attractive. Many just follow the basic footsteps of leading and making sure people go to events which is important but youre a leader for a reason...Youre meant to lead it how you imagine the org to be. You have to use your experience of what a ARMY is...what they do... and how they do it. I can do that and i can make the org more attractive for people.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Firstly i would like to talk with the curators and manage the org even better and have more of which makes sense and will attract people to the org.
Create better divisions and apply IRL procedures to join these divisions.
SASDs or any other special force teams shouldnt be just given it should me earned and they should be the frontier for our org to represent during events. I dont want them to man the gates but be always ready with strong communication. I want them to plan every day and make plans on how to handle situations like IRL. I want to implement them training and planning for each event and how they should handle situations. It should be their first nature.
PARADES
Every week i want all orgs and the governor and the citizens to join us for a military parade and right after i want the governor to announce anything new and announce the promotion for the agents in NG and give out medals. This will create an amazing atmosphere and give everyone to look forward to something each week. I want the parade to happen in NG. it makes more sense. i want air force units showing off their skills.
I have played in many super serious RP servers and have experience in it which is something i would try implement within everyone. I could give you a list of things i will do but those are my basics...I know i have to open recruit but theres no point of if people dont want to join hence why i want to make it attractive with bonuses, free gun licenses and promises to more fun things that will happen like the parade.
