Dear Bobby,
First, I got a warn for GH 1.3 from -
by Federico Vautier. GH 1.3 says " On the HQ of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason " . It is impossible to say from the POV of this above mentioned thread that I went there without any IC or RP reason.
Then , I submitted Rejected - Wrong decision | Federico Vautier. I explained everything in this forum and after examining it closely, Floki Vilgeroarson told me that it was not GH 1.3 , it would be GH 1.6 and as both of the punishments were the same, my warn would still remain.
Now, I want to point out GH 1.6 which is " If a gangmember gets chased by cops/gangs, he cannot get back to his HQ for 5 minutes " . As you can see in the POV , I am not a gangstar and I am not getting chased by anyone. I wanted to go to Bloods HQ to collect the debt of my debtor. When I was about to enter HQ , one random guy started shooting at my car from the enterence , but as you can see clearly in the POV that even before he got off his car, I was already steering my car to the right side and before he began to shoot ,my car was already at the enterence of the HQ.
Now, what could I do there , If I had hit brake , my car would drifted to the HQ and If I had turned my car to left or right, it would still drifted and end up stopping at the HQ and even If I had managed to freeze the car there, I would get killed by that person who was shooting at me and wouldnt it be considered as Fear RP then? and why would I stop my car when I needed to go there?
Either way you decide whether or not I really deserve the punishment. I appreciate any decision you make.
