2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
I wanna be the leader of ballas because i m having alot of experience in the whole city. I think i know the way that how to get members in ur gang and dominate over the other gangs.
Being deputy of LSPD for one whole term, i know how to capture Leo's , which stores to be attacked, which is the most suitable place where gang members can be saved and can have advantages over Leo's and last but not least, i have the leadership qualities
Thirdly, I would like to say, some people think that ballas can't be active or ballas's hq is very bad so i wanna change that thing and show them that ballas can even rock and i m sure that i will show them as i have the 4 best deputies who are organised and have a lot of experience in gangs
Lastly, I wanna lead a gang and show my potentials to all and everyone. I wanna have max numbers at every event and make ballas a dangerous and best gang.
3. To improve roleplay in my organization
Training seesions will be organised for people who don't know basic things.
Good bonuses will be given for events which will motivate people.
Also i would invite the best turfers to save my org from warn.
Favourism will not be tolerated thats why everything will be transparent which is most important. People who attends events and contribute to gang will only be given high ranks.
