first i came from an event then i saw a person punching a citizen so i asked for the ID so he refused for it so i told him that i will see him on the Gov for that so he just opened his Admin name and asked that you will still see on the gov? so i respect admins so i didnt argued with him annd just moved on. and ofcourse i asked for ID becuase it was a green zone ( Green Grass )

so where exactly he was abusing and what ? U where not punished where not abused somehow - admin showed u his admin tag so that explained why he does not have any ID as he is OOC
