Dear Alex,
I am writing to request your assistance in resolving a recent issue with my Grand account. I was recently banned from the game for violating general rules 1.1 and 1.4, however, I am unsure why this occurred. I have only ever played on my personal laptop, and always on my social club account. But I'm guessing the reason I'm thinking is I logged in my Personal Laptop which I usually plays but with different Internet. Because I travel sometimes here and there cause of my Studies and Part Time Job and going back to my Home Town. My friends also told me because of the change in I.P Address. If That's the case, Please look into the situation and Help me accordingly.
I am deeply concerned about this situation as I am a committed player and have always followed the rules. I have invested a lot of time and effort into building up my account and I would hate to see all of that effort go to waste. I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate the matter and help me to understand why I was banned.
I am hopeful that we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible, and I am willing to provide any additional information or evidence that may be needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
