1. Why do you want to become an admin?
It's something I have done on and off in different communities since 2009 for different games starting with Garrys Mod. For all the time I've played Grand RP I've never wanted to be an admin (an odd thing to say in an admin app), however I've really wanted to experience a little bit of everything and spend meaningful times doing those things. And while this is often said in these applications, I truly have done almost everything, and during this time I have had zero punishments (one overturned as was given by mistake). I would now like to support the community and look to administrate with a roleplay first mindset, looking to only act when necessary and preserve RP and IC interactions as a priority.
2. What are your strengths?
Previous experience in these positions - as mentioned, from Garrysmod through to more recently a KOTH server I wont name. Having both performed similar roles and likely making similar mistakes and taking those learnings forward.
Friendly and open - I can hopefully say that I don't have any enemies or grudges to anyone in the city, I tend to keep myself friendly and open and within RP anyone who's spoken to "Mean Frederick" gets and understands that it's a comical RP personality.
Previous experience in Leadership roles - As mentioned and as some who have played Grand RP long enough to remember, I was previously both EMS and SAHP leader, with all the terms being successful. While many traces of my work remain in both organisations to this day both gave me a great understanding of the rules and how to best guide the players from both an IC and OOC standpoint to not break them.
3. What are your greatest weaknesses?
Time - Sadly if your looking for someone who's going to be active for 8 hours a day, I am honestly happy for you to decline the application. I work a full time job and outside that want to keep a varied and balanced set of activities in my free time. However I do promise to commit to the hours listed in the top half of the application.
Debates - I can at times debate with peers and others when I believe something is the right decision, I always ensure these don't turn into arguments and always know when it's time to back down from said discussion and get on with the task or decision that's been made. After the matter is forgotten and those involved will take-away learnings from it.
4. Will you be ready to leave RP life to become an admin?
Yes
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
I have Frederick Rogues money not Fredrick Hulk money so no businesses to sell.
6. Any IRL issue or Situation that is Preventing you From being Active at the moment?
Nope. I have a weeks holiday 22nd - 28th this month, so if that doesn't time well with interviews I'm more than happy to wait until next time as long as that's fed back to me.
