In the one video before he came in on the sidewalk and hit me, he had passed by once and then before that had passed by a couple other times. This time he came in and hit me on purpose. Then he chased after my friend that was on his scooter and kept hitting him. (Not sure if he has bodycam) Also, he killed our friend so we picked him up and then we were telling him that we would put him on govt website for ramming him and then he proceeded to car ram us. There was a lot more that he did, but unfortunately this is all I got.
