Approved Mercy Killing and MG | 74399

As you can see from my POV, I was transporting player ID 74399 to DOC. When i was taking him out from the car, he walked away from the car so that his friend could do mercy killing to save him from being arrested. I am pretty sure he must have contacted his friend while being arrested, clearly MG or otherwise information will not be leaked out.
