According to ghetto rule 1.3 , stepping into any other gangs hq is prohibited without any ic reason and in this situation there was temporary alliance between all gangs since there was a joint hostage situation which means that will the situation is going on all gang members are friends .
Several Leos were punished which was justified but gang member being punished for stepping in the sidewalk isn't justified in this current situation.
As a leader I take care of my boys and make sure that the guys dont break rules and if they had shot from hq or ssomething of that sort , they would deserve the punishment but not for stepping in sidewalk in an alliance situation.This is what i believe , rest you are the best to decide . Please reconsider the situation.
