This is the first time I warned for Fear RP. The individual who administered medical assistance to me was in possession of a gun while I was rendered unconscious. However, upon regaining consciousness, I observed that the same individual was no longer holding a gun. Additionally, based on the video evidence presented, it is evident that my character was facing forward and had no means of perceiving the weapons that were aimed at me. Recognizing this as a potential oversight in the situation, I accessed my PDA. I attempted to request backup, as my character was under the impression that the opposing party was unarmed. I maintain that my character did not engage in fear RP. I kindly request that my perspective be considered and that the situation be evaluated from my character's perspective.
Suppose that in real life, I am standing facing four strangers who are not communicating, while one of them holds a gun behind my back. Another individual is present, who I can hear but who is not armed and did not mention anything when I opened PDA to call for backup in the presence of both the San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) and the Los Santos Police Department (LSPD). As a Police Officer III, I might have trained under such tight situations and life-threatening situations that I can show a little bit of guts to call for a backup since after getting my consciousness back my character didn't see any guns pointed at her or a mention of it. Could this scenario be considered a violation of Fear Roleplay (RP) guidelines? I acknowledge that you may view this as a technical argument, but at the time, I believed I had found a loophole and was simply engaging in RP. Please note that I am generally an active participant in conversations. In this particular instance, I pretended not to hear them and opened my PDA because my superiors instructed me to provide backup at all times. I believe that a seven-day warning for my first Fear RP violation is excessively punitive. I am unable to return to my organization, and I have suffered significant losses. The person who reported me insulted me and threatened me outside of the game by stating "say bye-bye to your state job" "you opened PDA while people pointing guns at your back" (this was the first time after getting my conscious back, I heard there were guns pointed at me as my character wouldn't know otherwise). Despite having nothing to lose, I have experienced considerable setbacks. I am prepared to present all of my RP bodycam footage for your review to verify that I have never engaged in Fear RP. I genuinely believed that I had found a loophole, and I had considered using this approach in the event of a hostage situation.
