Billie Mandem was born in Denmark on January 12th, 1992. He grew up in a family that valued law and order, with his father serving as a special police officer. However, things took a turn for the worse when his father got involved with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FIB), and the family was forced to move to Los Santos to accommodate his new job. Despite his parents' best efforts to stay on the straight and narrow, Billie found himself drawn towards a life of crime. With his parents rarely at home due to their demanding jobs, he began to spend more and more time on the streets, selling guns and drugs to make ends meet. At the age of 17, Billie was caught possessing a small amount of drugs, and he was sentenced to six months in juvenile detention. Determined to turn his life around, he decided to join the military, seeing it as a way to leave his criminal past behind. Billie successfully completed his basic training and was deployed overseas. However, he found himself struggling to adjust to the strict rules and regulations of military life. He missed the rush of adrenaline that came with street life, and he longed for the excitement of making fast money. After serving his tour of duty, Billie returned to Los Santos and went back to his old ways. He quickly rose through the ranks of the city's criminal underworld, becoming one of the most notorious drug dealers in the area. His charisma and street smarts made him a force to be reckoned with, and he was feared and respected by many. Despite the danger and risk involved in his line of work, Billie continued to chase the high of fast money. He knew that his life could be cut short at any moment, but he couldn't bring himself to quit. For him, the thrill of the game was worth the risk.
Career Story:
Billie Danes grew up in a rough neighborhood where gang activity and street life were the norm. His family members were deeply involved in this lifestyle, but Billie always had a nagging feeling that what they were doing was wrong. Despite the pressure to join a gang and follow in his family's footsteps, Billie always looked up to his father, who was a man of honor and a man of law.
After finishing high school, Billie decided to join the Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) in an effort to do something positive and make a difference. He worked tirelessly to climb the ranks within the organization and become a respected member of law enforcement. While working with FIB, he became intimately familiar with the criminal techniques that he had grown up around, and made it his mission to catch those responsible for the violence and destruction in his community.
However, as much as Billie wanted to make a difference, he couldn't shake his love for guns and drugs, and the street and party life that went with it. He felt increasingly out of place within FIB, and after a change in leadership, he decided to leave the organization and strike out on his own.
Billie used his extensive knowledge of guns and the underworld black market to become an expert gun seller. He started out small, but soon built up a lucrative business that allowed him to open his own gun store in the biggest mall in the city. He knew that what he was doing wasn't entirely legal, but he justified it to himself by telling himself that he was providing a service that was in high demand.
Despite the risks involved in his chosen profession, Billie was finally happy. He felt like he was able to take control of his life and his future, and he had no regrets about leaving FIB. He knew that he had found his true calling, and he was determined to make the most of it.
Hes father is not very proud of his choice...Hence Billie Decided to join the National Guard and use his experiences to help depend the country from bad people.

1. Billie cant live without his passion in guns, ammo and drugs so Billie can BUY/SELL in black market. (No Org Equipment will be sold)
2. Billie is a collector of guns so he likes to pick up illegal guns (XXX) from criminals or black market to use ON DUTY & OFF DUTY.
3. Billie Loves his family and friends so when it comes to aiding them escape custody he will. (Darknet will be used for this outcome)
4. Billie also loves making money and can take money from 10-15s or illegal items in value. ( $100k as stated by rule)
5. Billie is able to try to break bodycams of his victims. (/try can only be used 2 times per situation)
6. Billie has a lot of experience in which it allows him to be sneaky and can sell some sensitive information or data about special operations and can help his family in events (Bank event) (Cant kill Leos and cant make it obvious)
