Dear admins who are reading this I would like to start with a apology for breaking the trust as the things were not in my control and came suddenly maybe for my bad luck , the situation was I got leadership and things were going well and I kept the promise I made and would say my term was going smooth and there used to he units on gates in gate hours all time and i used to be there always to see if its empty or not and same time used to focus on other things too and having a active member of 9-10+ from morning to 16 afterwards 6 guys to 22:00 and I also had night timzone guys so I could focus on night as told by emad to do so and there were also some who were coming for it but all of sudden my family told me that we are travelling to my grand mas home so no choice but I requested LOA from emad which he accepted later on , when i came back due to heavy lighting my oc power supply burned out destroying some parts too which lead to my severe problem and I was really tensed as it happened suddenly and my leadership were also ongoing and i also got many ppls for night and day too so I was reqlly tensed for that day as thinking i lost my leadership a good team and trust from which it cause an sudden trauma which i am kinda suffering now but I sold my pc parts and I am trying to get new parts and get it fixed within somedays like 14-28 days or more then I would come to GRP but in that time I would be blacklisted from leader as told so I grinded a lot of mu time getting this leadership worked and learned for hours and hours for the interview and planning which destroyed in a moment and My qn is would i get a chance to prove my self as a leader again if i fix my prob as it came all of sudden and the thing which i cant control and I have seen a lot of leader got issues but still they got chance again even tho they also had same case with me but I am blacklisted perm for this so if i would get a chance to prove myself which i come back i would try to make a history in that and I will be always sorry for the admin team for whom I got this leadership a chance still it wasnt in my favor so it was an serious issue so if it could be considered and would get an chance to prove myself again this time as a leader .
