Life Story: Bilal Flawless was born during a time of unrest and hate for the government. Since he was a child all he was surrounded by was protests, riots, terrorism. Because of the background he was growing up in it affected his mindset on what he thinks about the government and it influenced his lifestyle of violence. During his teen years Bilal was getting more involved within his gang and was starting to be noticed by opposing gangs due to his number of murders. Even though he was young the people around him could see that he was going to be something great which brought them fear as they knew he will be dangerous for them in the future.
Bilal moved to the US after a major dispute between the gang he was in. He was quick to form connections in the US and quickly became a senior member of a gang there too, this was all because he showed no fear when they interrogated him. One thing Bilal was not aware of was the fact he was being watched by the FIB, they were tracking him ever since he arrived to the US and were watching his every move since then.
One night, Bilal was driving in the ghetto and a group of cars shot his car causing him to crash. They took his unconscious body and left no traces behind. Bilal was not dead instead he was sedated by the FIB. The FIB leader approached Bilal and gave him the proposal of changing his identity and joining one of the best departments in FIB. Although Bilal was a criminal his skills were to be used in the FIB and they knew his hatred for the government was nothing personal as it was just his upbringing. Bilal accepted the offer after agreeing on some conditions.
Career Story: Once Bilal joined the FIB he was taught how to stay undercover in order for his identity to be kept hidden. He was regularly getting promoted as he was skilled at his job and was showing he was one of the best. Bilals final promotion was Head of the SAU department, the leader of the FIB had given him this position as he was showing great leadership skills but he also did not want to be bossed around by someone who was less skilled than him. Bilal made a department with the most skilled people in the FIB and he would take them on special missions to bring down opposing gangs and gang members individually. Bilal has lead some of the greatest operations the FIB has held so far and he has lead them successfully which is creating a sense of panic for gang members and unrest in the ghetto as they know they will be brought to an end soon.
Outcomes:
1- Bilal can let suspects go free if they're in his family or his friends and can also aid them in escaping
2- Bilal will be able to use illegal weapons on/off duty and can sell illegal weapons that he picked up off gang/family members.
