I just got banned for 5 days due to promoting in CC. I didn't know this as everyone was doing it so I didnt think much of it how I would get banned for such a simple mistake. Even if I get banned why for 5 I think its too much even if I got muted I deserved it, however I didnt know these punishments until I thought abt it and my friends told me how bad it was to promote in CC. All I ask for is a second chance to get back in the game and enjoy playing once more.

P.S I have seen people do it many times without punishment so I thought it wasnt that bad, while they've done it numerous times its my first.
