Life Story:
While Andrew was growing up, everything seemed fine. Then one day, his best friend died. It was an awful sight. Walking up to his friend's lifeless, cold, and dead body, it was too late. He later found out what had happened to his best friend. Turns out the friends Dad was in organized crime, and had dept to owe, which he couldn't afford. So his friend paid the price. With the dad owing over 500 thousand dollars to the organized crime which he couldn't pay back. They kidnapped and killed his son. As only a threat, since he still owed money the dad decided he should take bribes, and take guns from criminals he found. Watching all this, Andrew Manning had one plan in mind for when he grew up, be like him, be a better cop, better father than his best friends dad was.
Career Story :
Andrew Manning knew, being a cop was his dream. So, at 21 he went to the police academy. Andrew knew he would be a great cop, however after he left the school, his first partner was shot in the line of duty. From an illegal weapon. After a little off time Andrew went right back to work as if nothing had happened, however, something changed in him. Andrew snapped and went off the rails. He only dreamed of being a dirty cop, but now hes started to be one. The death of his partner corrupted Andrew, made him into a monster. Opened the door to the same criminal organization that lead to his best friend dying. Andrew, now being a part of it, feels unstoppable.
1 - Andrew can take bribes up to 100k to help out his family with money.
2 - Andrew can torture people/use truth serum to find out information. ( Using /try cmd) (2 tries per situation.)
3 - Andrew can take guns from 10-15's.
4 - Andrew can lie about requesting a lawyer for a 10-15.
5 - Andrew can take plant anything illegal on anyone to make someone look bad.
6 - Andrew can use any gun available, illegal or legal, on duty or off duty ( No org weapons will be used for personal reasons ).
7 - Andrew can reduce sentences to help family and remove people from wanted list.
8 - Andrew can lie and not show his ID.
9 - Andrew can carry his SAHP radio with him off duty.
10 - Andrew can smash bodycams if he feels the need to. (2 tries per situation using /try cmd)
