Individual kept climbing on Ambulance then when I approached an unconscious citizen he started attacking them and finished them. Then started attacking me and i was unable to move or get into my vehicle and would not listen to me telling him to stop. It also appears he killed off the gentleman that i was in the middle of administering medical services too which could fall under rule 6.17 which would be a 3rd rule violation on this 1 situation.

• for 6.7 It is prohibited to do any criminal acts against EMS employees.(Kill, rob and etc.)
  and 6.17 It is restricted to kill person who is unconscious to help him to avoid RP situation(Mercy killing). | Demorgan 240 min or WARN
