The Sheriff's Department IS a great place to start your journey in Law Enforcement. This is where many people Start and finish their Journey in Law enforcement. San Andreas Highway Patrol aka SAHP is responsible for the county and the highways. We have been keeping the highways safe for many moons.
we always fancy new and existing people who would like to start and share their ideas of law enforcement. SAHP has always been known for busting operations on the highways and giving out fines and keeping the highways safe for the people.

Sheriff DeGrey Has been in Law enforcement his own career. He has a dedication to his work and is always making sure his people are taken care of. Professionalism is something that is his top priority. Sheriff DeGrey has always wanted to make sure the citizens of San Andres are taken care of. He has spent almost 2 Years serving and Will always make sure to Check in with his officers and Is always trying to make sure Law enforcement is the highest honor one can provide.
The Special Response Team is there for high-leverage situations. They will be there if someone is taken hostage within the state or there is a bank robbery. They are there for any situation where there will be shooting and high responsibility situations.
this is a unit with high engagement and will make sure all units have special training so that they can make sure everyone returns home to their families and the citizens are safe. They are the most elite Unit of the SAHP.
The Patrol Operations Department of the San Andreas Highway Patrol is responsible for maintaining law and order on the highways and roads of San Andreas. This department is responsible for responding to emergency situations, enforcing traffic laws, and preventing crime. The officers in this department patrol the roads in patrol vehicles and use various tools, such as radar, to monitor traffic and enforce the law.
Patrol Operations is a huge operation This will entail the following,
Giving out fines and citations.
Towing Abandoned vehicles.
Pulling over high-speed vehicles.
Patrolling and making sure all citizens are safe.
Q. What kind of training do SAHP officers receive?
A. SAHP officers receive training that includes academy training, field training, and specialized training. The academy training covers both classroom and hands-on training while the field training provides on-the-job experience.
Q. Are there opportunities for advancement within the SAHP?
A. yes we are always looking for officers who want to promote and even become the next Sheriff!
Q. What kind of work schedule can I expect as an officer in the SAHP?
A. we are very flexible and you will need to work at minimum of 10 Hours per week, How you accomplish that is up to you!
