As u can see the pov 175 did MG but ( Yumy Sole was put punishment for PG ) and he is not break gr 6.15 ,
24187 the guy break the GR 6.15 Clearly we can saw in POV

Only the Owner of the Account which is Punished can make an appeal for themselves, I do not look at Appeals for a Friend or a Fam member, so if he disagrees with his Punishment, He can appeal it and Provide Details, Time stamp and all, and MG counts for the other ones in the VC as well so it does not mean if he did not talk or say something and was only in VC he did not MG., just a Information for you and your friend if you did not know.
