1) When i came city EMS was my fast org. I server My so much best time at EMS
2) I was deputy at (EN2) at (en3) i was EMT so I Know what ems Do as well
3) I have lot of org exp but ems was nice all of them . I know what changes need to do at EMS
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
1) Training Team : Training team is middle Bone of all org . If Fresher or trainie did not get training properly he will do Mistake so I will Best Training Team ever.
2) We will do open recruitment by targeting time zones. This will enable us to find people who will work exclusively at night.
3) Call team : More ARD member will be add for taking call outside of city and inside of city
