2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-I have With extensive experience in the EMS i, including serving as a Cos in EMS for two months, I have seen firsthand the challenges and opportunities that exist in EMS.
-One of the most significant challenges I have observed is the recruitment and retention of employees. As EMS Leader, I would prioritize hiring more night shift employees and offering competitive bonuses to those who work hard and show dedication to the organization. I believe that these steps can help to create a more stable and committed workforce.
-Throughout my career in EMS, I have developed a robust skill set that I believe would make me an effective leader. I am confident in my ability to manage teams, coordinate operations, and communicate effectively with staff, patients,
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
Improve Rp With Orgs = One of my top priorities as the EMS leader is to improve RP with all other organizations. By establishing better communication and collaboration with other groups, we can improve our response times, provide better care to patients, and enhance the overall RP experience for everyone involved.
Attending every Situation with Doctors = improving RP is attending every single global with the whole team. This will allow us to stay up-to-date on the latest RP trends and developments, network with other groups, and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
Batter Trainings = I will ensure better training for new employees to avoid RP mistakes. One of the most critical aspects of RP is maintaining consistency and accuracy in our actions and interactions.
