These two guys started driving behind me and started provoking. They tried to kidnap me in city and probably drive in ghetto to rob me so they would have legal proof. They were also blocking and hitting my car.

You were being chased for so long before your recording from the Ghetto, you left so we tried to get you in our vehicle and you ignored the demands given to you, you were given enough time to comply which you didn't, so you were shot.

I would also add considering you were being chased down you shown zero fear for your characters life and tried to ruleplay the situation instead of actually roleplaying it out. You stopping on purpose trying to bait rules etc is rather poor on your end tbh.
