Live Story:
Efe grew up in the Ghetto of Los Santos, his dad was part of the famous gang "The Families", so he experienced violance in the early years of his life. He of course joined the gang but he didnt feal the comfortable in it, he allways thought that that is not the right place for him. But once "The Families" decided to do a Store Robbery and he needed to go with them. It all ended up in a big shootout where he needed witness how his father got shot multiple times and died right in front of him, he got hit by a bullet at his arm and went unconscious and when he woke up he was in hospital cuffed to the bed. The Feds had mercy with him as he was only 16 years old and offered him a deal if he sniches on his brothers he can walk free and start a new life. He gladly accepted so he moved to the downtown of Los Santos and worked as janitor for LSPD he also went to evening school to studdy. Nearly all old habbits from his gang time are now gone, besides of the anger issues that he has. Because if anyone provokes him no matter if colleagues or criminal, he needs to try hard not to be rude to them or actually harm them. The one time a criminal angered him so much that he pulled over to the side of the highway dragged him out of the car and beaten him up so badly, that he died due to that in hospital.
Career Story:
After he finished evening school he decided to try his luck at the police accademy and at his second attempt he got accepted into the FIB. As he allways tried to help as many people as possible, he became a FTO in FIB and trained all cadets and rookies. Because he was so high value to the Fib he soon became the lt of FTO and soon after Supervisor of FTO. After 10 year of hard work he decided its time for change and he moved on to Sahp. He got accepted and allthough the mejority of his colleagues and high commands were friendly, some were not and they moked him so much that he started to hate them. So he tried to find anything that could harm their carrier, but he found out that they were corrupt.To protect their carrier they fired William, after they found out he had evidence against them. He then decided to move to sahp, because Arnoo spectre become the sherrif. During this time the only family he had was Get Money Gang , so he decided that from now on he will help them as much as possible.
OUTCOMES:
1. Efe can torture and Interrogate for information by using truth serum.
2. Efe can pay informants to get information that benifits him or the Org.
3. Efe can sell illegal weapons that he picked up.
4. Efe can free suspect or help in the escaping.
5. Efe will help his family members and friends whenever he can.
6. Efe can take bribes(100k).
7. Efe can be rude and ignore the ccop if the suspect annoys him.
8. Efe can also arrest people for no legal reason(of course with RP Reason).
