Jess was born in Los Angeles on 7th May 19 2001, her mother died in a car crash when she was the age of 7. This meant that she had to support her father and help put food on the table throughout her whole childhood. Her father was in SAHP, this meant that she had to use secretive ways of crime to help make money without her father finding out. To start with, she would steal small items from her local store but then it progressed to robbing peoples cash or even taking hostages to escape the police. Her father would never find out about this as she would hide evidence by smashing bodycams and threatening people if they said they were going to tell her father. One day, a police officer escaped Jess and was going to tell her father about the crimes Jess committed, Jess had to murder the man and fled to Los Santos.
Career Story: 100-350 Words
When Jess moved to Los Santos, she joined SAHP as she wanted to continue with her fathers legacy in the organization. Jess saw crime after crime from car theft, to burglary to even store robberies. This motivated Jess to catch these criminals and do worse to them than what they do to others, she would also use this as a way to make money for her father when she eventually flew back home. Jess took bribes, gave fake charges, murdered and smashed bodycams all the time to increase her profit. She would no longer have to worry about money and could make his fathers life great once again.
Outcomes:
1 - Jess can take bribes up to 100k to help out her family with money.
2 - Jess can take illegal items from 10-15's.
3 - Jess can sell info to gangs for money.
4 - Jess can use lethal force if made angry. Even on lawyers to hide her tracks. (Within RP reason)
5 - Jess can give fake charges to a 10-15. (Within RP reason)
6 - Jess can choose not to show ID if she wishes, on or off duty alongside also using her org radio. Also she can reject peoples lawyers. She can use his ID whilst off duty to get out of situations.
7 - Jess can use heavy snipers or painted/illegal weapons on or off duty.
8 - Jess can reduce sentences, remove from wanted list or let people go free if they are her family or friends. (Using script to release prisoners, or using USB stick)
9 - Jess can do criminal activity with his family.
