at pov you can see that the guy with ID 666 he entered at perimeter at 8:36 video time lining and at first time people gave him worning he was picking stuff. He was also mute and at second time at 14:55 video time lining he came again he was mute so how can I know that he is complying or not and he was not even runing while I was counting the time
