I was punished for 60 days with multiple account accusations, but I have only one account, the other accounts belong to my friend who we live in the same apartment and use common internet, I was unfairly punished, please don't ignore me please help me remove my penalty, I don't speak English so I'm having problems please evaluate this complaint, do not transfer it to another department I beg you don't ignore
