Rejected Wrong Mute/ Wrong Decision | Chester Ivanov

Hey dear administrators yesterday i posted a clip of somebody finishing me after war which would be classified as (MK) while I posted the user on the forum Chester Ivanov reviewed it and said I was Mixing in chat because I was speaking in the Non rp chat. But I've asked admins before and they tell me no punishments' can be given for talking in non rp chat. + He didn't even punish the user for Mercy Killing ? but for Mixing. the reasoning for this was 'you said finish me' in chat. but if you watch the video carefully. He was already finishing me before I typed that. then I said see you on gov in the non rp chat. as I knew he was breaking the MK rule.

You were having a conversation in non rp with someone speaking rp and mixing whilst dead. "Out of Character (OOC) - Out of Character is when you, as a player are talking or doing actions outside of In Character actions. Examples are talking in /b (OOC chat) about topics that are not related to your In Character roleplay." Your entire topic was relating to the IC interaction that just took place.

As for mercy killing, there was no RP situation, your call had not been answered and you asked them finish you which they complied.

I will respect the seniors decision on how this one goes.

If you reviewed the clip and toke your time to actually see what went on. I said in non - rp chat nice shotgun. XD this is already OOC talk. how can u tell me this is IC? It shouldn't matter if the EMS didn't pick up my call. I still called them. In the clip it's obvs to see that he's already finishing me . then he goes ' not gonna waste my bullets' so I said finish me in non rp chat with the following See you on gov. I didn't know somebody can comply to a dead person? Which you're telling me he complied with my demands. Which would be metagaming from his behalf, for listening to a dead person. (use of knowledge that is not available to their character to gain an advantage in the game.) How can he listening to a dead person and comply? Mister Chester Ivanov. I don't care about me being muted you said im mixing okay. But he's mercy killing me and mixing too , but you only gave him a mute therefore it's wrong decision made by you.
