the term mass rule breaks , state orgs, LSPD were just processing and there is no NG/SAHP/FIB/EMS there also I dont see any parent insults (GR 3.2) and The only PG done here was GOV (99172) putting you into isolation from far away, as for mixing I cant see a single bit of mixing

2. You are mixing shouting easy gov easy gov will not help you out.
3. This isn’t a Mass Rule Break.

Upon revewing this evidence , I have decided to Accept this report!
ID 85372 Will recieve punishment for PG (Taking of mask whilst holding them by the arm)
ID 99172 Will recieve a punishment for PG (Sending to isolation from downstairs)
ID 34810 Will recieve a punishment for PG (Searching whilst holding by the arms)
However I did not hear any 3.2 and no state org will be punished!​
