This is disappointing to see as one of the head admins of the server is incapable of retaining and relating server rules.
The fact that Alex and James do not know the difference between Ghetto and Capture rules amazes me as they are one of the most high ranking admins on the server. How can you possibly make a decision relating to a capture using a ghetto rule completely unrelated to the situation, that's like banning someone for ghost peeking in Ghetto because its a capture rule. You cannot possibly give a gang a warning for a situation and use rule from a completely different part of the server.
Secondly,
Ghetto rules are IC rules and capture rules are OOC rules, they are completely different and related to two different sectors of the server. IC rules like 1.3 On the HQ of a gang, it is forbidden to visit without IC reason(e.g. Raid, talk to deputies/leader) for all organizations. | WARN, 1.4 It is forbidden to push/kill gang members on their HQ. You are not allowed to enter on HQ of another gang without permission. | WARN, these rules are GHETTO RULES. You cannot punish someone in an OOC SITUATION using IC RULES.
The fact that such high ranking admins do not know the difference in the two is disappointing. These are the people that make decisions on other peoples complaint and the fact they can't differentiate between the two is disappointing and makes me question their decision making.
