Yesterday some people came to our family house and planted a solar and did mass rdm, Here is the report Approved - RDM | 163768
if i need to talk with them how can i talk when i unconsious so i used non rp chat, and ask them what they are doing and many admins said mother fucker is not a ooc insult its a slang please conform with your higher admin about this i was playing this project 1/5 year please unban me

It is not an OOC insult , But as soon as it is in Non RP Chat it violates GR 3.1
