Life Story:
Growing up in a poor neighborhood of Los Santos, Butcher had a rough childhood. His father was in and out of jail for drug offenses, and his mother struggled to make ends meet as a single parent. Butcher often found himself in trouble with the law, getting involved in petty theft and vandalism with his group of friends.
As he got older, Butcher's criminal activities escalated. He started selling drugs to make money and joined a gang for protection. He became one of the most wanted criminals in the city, known for his violent behavior and disregard for the law.
However, one day Butcher was caught by the police and sentenced to several years in prison. While in prison, he had time to reflect on his choices and realized that he wanted to turn his life around. He started reading books, educating himself, and taking courses to improve his skills.

Butcher worked tirelessly in this role. Over time, Butcher's reputation as a trustworthy and dedicated public servant grew an he became one of the best agents.

1- Due to his past liasons, Butcher can take keep the radio with him at any time to listen and inform his family members about situations
2- Due to him being tricky, Butcher can work with informants to be able to pay for information or evidence and will be able to fabricate evidence against the gangs/crime-families.
3- Due to him having naughtiness in his blood, Butcher can participate in any criminal activities with his family.( Not any activity against servers script.)
