2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)

  • I have been in EMS for more than 4 months. I had joined EMS as a trainee, worked and learnt many things with each successive promotion. I had been in every high command ranks, namely Employement Assisstant, Dean of division, Head of division, etc. I had also been the Deputy Chief during Dhruv Nakrani's term. I also managed the org solely while the Chief was on leave for almost a week.
  • I had seen the downfall of EMS due to lack of employees, lack of proper management and lack of activities in the org. I believe that I would be able to re-establish the org by using my past experience.
  • To ensure proper functioning and betterment of EMS, I will personally take care of everyone who wishes to be recruited to the org. I will not be bias in promoting or giving bonuses to my employees. Every employee has equal value for me and the org and I will always look for the needs of my employees.
3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization
  • According to me, all the employees are important to the org. I will listen to all my employees for their suggestions in various situations. I will also create a new department in EMS named " Department of Internal Affairs ", for solving various internal conflicts in the org.
  • For new hires, I'll make sure they receive better training to prevent RP errors. I will also introduce more RP in the org, so that the employees do not lack interest in the org.
  • I will introduce a new bonus system for the org. As we are seeing more and more new citizens flying in the city, I will try to mass recruit people to the org, giving a stable salary and enhanced bonuses to help them in their starting journey.
